Refund policy
We have a 48hrs return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you our returning address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Returns or refunds are only accepted within 48 hours after receiving the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition:
- Full packaging must be returned, including all purchased items, pouches, boxes, free gifts, and cards.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, unbroken, and free of discoloration or dirt.
Exceptions
- Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
- Customized items
- All items from online exclusive collections

We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selection
- Subjective reasons (e.g."I don’t like it")
Return Process
1. Notify Us Within 48 Hours– Email us or DM us on Instagram to initiate a return.
2. Ship the Item Back– Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
3. Provide Tracking Info– Send us the return tracking number within 48 hours of receiving the jewelry. Email or direct message on Instagram Both available.
4. Inspection & Refund– Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. We do have a 10% restocking fee for any refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Non-Refundable Situations
- Items returned after 48 hours of delivery.
- Damaged, broken, dirty, or discolored items.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Customized items
- All items from online exclusive collections are not refundable
- Missing original packaging, free gifts, or accessories.
