Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pearl.Facts. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1-3] business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
· Please note that processing times may be longer during sale periods or promotional events. We will do our best to communicate any delays.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries: [Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and most countries in the world ].
· At this time, we do not ship to [List any excluded countries, or P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, etc.]. If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, please note that the delivery time may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

· Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. They are not guaranteed and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
· For international orders, please be aware that you are responsible for any and all customs fees, import duties, and taxes that may be incurred. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
If you haven’t received your tracking information, please first check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, please contact us at pearl.facts.syd@gmail.com.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout, including apartment/suite numbers and any specific delivery instructions. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at pearl.facts.syd@gmail.com. We can only modify the address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Pearl.Facts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office and/or neighbors first.
If your package is lost in transit (never shows a "delivered" scan), please contact us within [14 days] of your order's ship date, and we will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
For damaged items, you must contact us within [48 hours] of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging in your email. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Customs and Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
